Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

To start return

  • Email us at calma.homes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.

  • Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
